Spain Defends Belt with Dominant 4-1 Victory Over Croatia
Spain successfully defended their lineal championship belt with a commanding 4-1 victory over Croatia in UEFA Nations League action. The defending belt holders controlled the match from start to finish, finding the back of the net four times while limiting Croatia to just a single goal.
The lopsided result keeps the belt firmly in Spanish possession as they continue their reign as lineal champions. Croatia entered the match as challengers but were unable to overcome Spain's dominant performance and claim the belt for themselves.
With this victory, Spain extends their belt-holding streak and will carry the lineal championship into their next match, where another challenger will have the opportunity to try to take it from them.
